Acceptance of order
When you place an order on scaleartsinz.shop, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from scaleartsinz.shop . This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details. they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we receive payment and dispatch the goods to you.
We keep rights to cancel any order without any explanation. Refund of the paid while placing an order will be sent to source payment method within 4-5 working days after cancellation.
Prices
Prices shown on products description page is the final price of the product including taxes and shipping charges, if you find price is more that MRP it means additional charges (difference amount from MRP to selling price) are taken for shipping and packaging charges. Pre ordered prices might change after landing of the product, we will intimate you about the same via email if price has been changed after you have ordered it as pre-ordered product.
If any product which are not tagged as “Sold Out” and still has “0” Price on listing is a test product or a listing error. Please do not make order with such listings. If we received such order we keep all rights to cancel “0” price / amount orders without any intimation or any explanation.

Example: Some budged brands like (Motormax, Maisto, Bburago) models quality is not good as prime brand (Norev or Minichamps) models. So please study the model quality on internet to avoid disappointment. We do not accept return for quality issues on budget brand models. Strictly no Return or replacement for Kinsmart products.
Most of the sealed models does not have free moving wheels, We do not accept return for this reason.
Since these are collectibles and and not Toys, these does not have any play value, Wheels are not rolling, wheels turns while moving forward or for similar issues, We not accept return requests.
90% of the models has Press Fit wheels assembly, If in any case wheel is out of place you can simply press and fit the wheel. We do not accept return or replacement request in such cases.
Shipping
All delivery charges must be paid by you as shown in the product description page, if it shows Free shipping you will not be charged for the shipping. Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified and we shall use our best endeavors to deliver the Goods to you within 7 working days from the confirmation of order.
All times or dates given for delivery of the Goods are only estimates given in good faith and are not conditions or warranties of contract.
If the goods are required for a specific date we recommended they are ordered well in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service available for your area.
At the time the Goods are delivered to the address given by you the risk in the Goods shall pass to you and you shall be solely responsible for the custody and maintenance thereof.
